What is readymade limited company?
Readymade limited company is a company, that was established by our accountancy office for further resale. This company is completely registered, has such numbers as NIP, REGON and KRS, and if necessary it can be registered as the VAT taxpayer within one day. The company is optimally configured so as not to require continuous changes making, that is related to the costs and time needed to make changes by KRS (National Court Register). The signature validation by a notary is usually sufficient to purchase such company ( the cost is about 50 PLN ).
